All our items are made, packed & posted by me. We typically have a 1-2 week window from when you place your order until you receive your order. We use both Royal Mail & Hermes to deliver all items. We can post either First Class or Second Class. If your order is over 2kg, we will use a courier to post your order. Please refer to RM for posting times and deadlines.

Hermes typically take 2-3 days to deliver but please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods such as Christmas . For items that are urgent, please email me to discuss your requirements.

If a parcel is undelivered and returned to the delivery hub or sorting office after 14 days this will be returned to us. At this stage postage will have to be paid by the customer again on the order for it to be redelivered.

International delivery is subject to a a 10-12 day delivery window. All international orders are processed via DHL. This service is NOT a next day service due to the complex route the item will take.


 We are very prod to be an Eco friendly company and show this by recycling huge amounts of card. Your parcel will be delivered within a recycled box. We obtain these from two partner food companies. We use the control measures to ensure no contamination will occur and thus no effect will happen to your final product that you will receive. If you have more information please do contact us.


Refunds will ONLY be issued to items deemed either Lost or Damaged. Damage caused by the customer will not be covered. Items spelt wrongly will not be replaced, please check all spellings and proofs prior to order confirmation. All damage must be reported by email within 24 hours.

Items ordered incorrectly will not be refunded or exchanged as they are deemed unsellable. However we will work with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase.
