Tracked UK Shipping

– Made & Dispatched in 3 -5 working days Royal Mail Tracked and Hermes aim to deliver all their tracked 48 and 2-day services within the advertised 2 working days. During busy and demanding times of the year please allow an extra day for items to arrive.

1st Class Delivery & 1st Class DPD Delivery

– Made & Dispatched in 3 -5 working days Both DPD and Royal Mail aim to deliver all 1st class parcels within 24 hours.

We Make It Today, You Get It Tomorrow

– Dispatched the same day when ordered before 1pm. Express Delivery is for UK Mainland only. Monday – Friday

We will make and post your order the same day when ordered before 1pm that day. For delivery the following WORKING day.

Delivery is NOT guranteed on a weekend or any bankholidays.

2. Making & Delivery Times (Off Shore & Remote Areas)

Orders being delivered to Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Ise of Man, Isle of Wight, or any other remote offshore addresses will incur postal charges for bulkier items.

This is due to rising costs we are facing with our courier. Sadly we no longer ship to these locations with DPD due to these costs.

We will use the following Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 along with Parcel Force to deliver these larger bulkier goods.

3. Weather Conditions & Delays

While we will do all we can to process and post your order within our stated time frame, the responsibility for delivery falls upon our delivery provider. Weather conditions can and will delay orders from being delivered, due to this we can’t and will not accept any delay due to events outside of our control. This includes refunds or cancellations once the order has been made and posted.

We are very proud to be an Eco-friendly company and show this by recycling huge amounts of card. Your parcel will be delivered within a recycled box not only will this help us save costs that are passed onto you the customer but it also helps the environment.
