While we will do all we can to process and post your order within our stated time frame, the responsibility for delivery falls upon our delivery provider. Weather conditions can and will delay orders from being delivered, due to this we can’t and will not accept any delay due to events outside of our control. This includes refunds or cancellations once the order has been made and posted.
Dates & Time Frames
ROYAL MAIL – 24/48 Hours Postal window, this can be extended during busy seasons & bad weather
HERMES – 48 Hours Postal Window, this can be extended during busy seasons & bad weather
DPD Delivery – 24hr (Next Day) excluding weekends.
International delivery is subject to a a 15-18 working day delivery window. All international orders are processed via DHL . This service is NOT a next day service due to the complex route the item will take.
We are very proud to be an Eco friendly company and show this by recycling huge amounts of card. Your parcel will be delivered within a recycled box. We obtain these from two partner food companies. We use the control measures to ensure no contamination will occur and thus no effect will happen to your final product that you will receive. If you have more information please do contact us.
Refunds will ONLY be issued to items deemed either Lost or Damaged. Damage caused by the customer will not be covered. Items spelt wrongly will not be replaced, please check all spellings and proofs prior to order confirmation. All damage must be reported by email within 24 hours.
Items ordered incorrectly will not be refunded or exchanged as they are deemed unsellable. However we will work with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase.
