Fitment of wording (Fonts) and Design Changes

We reserve the right to alter art work of wording provided to fit the design template. The Character limit we provide is simply a guide and in some circumstances we may need to alter this with no notice given.

Fonts are set within each design and due to each font being unique in their design we can’t control characters and their look. None of our fonts carry a guarantee for look and type face of characters.

You as a customer are always welcome to a proof of any product prior to making, this is to ensure fonts and fitment of lettering is to your liking. We cant be held responsible, for fonts or the lettering used within a font.

Shipping Times

All our items are made, packed & posted by me. We use both Royal Mail & Hermes to deliver all items. We can post either First Class or Second Class. If your order is over 2kg, we will use a courier to post your order. Please refer to RM for posting times and deadlines.

1ST CLASS DELIVERY – 2 DAYS ONCE THE ITEM IS MADE

We Make It Today, You Get It Tomorrow (Terms Apply)- WE WILL MAKE AND POST THIS FOR YOU THE SAME DAY AND USE A 24 HOUR DELIVERY OPTION. THE CUT OFF FOR THIS SERVICE IS 12AM FOR IT TO BE POSTED THE SAME DAY, AFTER THIS WE WILL MAKE THIS THE FOLLOWING DAY SHIPPING IT AGAIN NEXT DAY. THIS SERVICE DOES NOT APPLY WHEN ORDERING ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS. IT WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

PLEASE NOTE IF ORDERING LATE THURSDAY ORDERS WILL BE MADE AND POSTS ON FRIDAY, OUR COURIERS HAVE A 80% DELIVERY RATE FOR SATURDAYS. 

DURING BUSY TIMES OF THE YEAR SUCH AS CHRISTMAS, VALENTINES, MOTHERS, & FATHERS DAY ETC AN ADDITIONAL 24 HOURS COULD BE NEEDED FOR EXPRESS ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED.

Voucher Codes

We do offer certain codes for discounts on our website however if we feel there has been an error with any code or a misuse of multiple codes we do reserve the right to cancel any order that has any codes applied to it. There will be no notice of this cancellation.

Changes To Custom Wording

We are happy to make any changes to any custom wording. Please ensure we are notified within 24 hours to our email address Admin@the-laser-boutique with the change and also the order number.

We will reply to your email confirming this change. Please note if not reply is received confirming this change from us then no change will be made.

We will not accept any responsibility for errors once an order is placed as the customer is responsible for this.

Functionality & Use

All our product have their relevant use, however some are limited. This relates to our toy range. The main use of our toys is for play and no other purpose. As they are mass produced they are limited to their functionality and this is revilement to the end user. For example a doctors set will in no way help with first aid and any musical instrument will not be tuned and fit for playing a set note. As with all products the area are designed to function this is limited to the product in question. If you need any help with this please do contact us.

Wood Products & Wood Grain

When purchasing a wooden product there will BE natural imperfections within the product and we have little to no control over this. Grain changes and looks of the timber are considered as an aesthetics appeal to the natural look. We simply cant exchange or refund any wooden product that you might feel the wood grain differs as this itself could be pleasing for someone as personal opinion will differ from person to person.

Any product image on our website does represent a actual product but the wood grain within the product does vary and will of course be different. Consider this as the products unique fingerprint and not one will ever be the same.

As all wooden products are NATURAL and this natural beauty will always show within the product. If you require any further information please contact us to discuss this matter.

WOOD CARE: As with all natural wooden products we cant be held liable to any form of cracking and splitting of wood. Due to all timbers being used are either green wood or kiln dried splitting can occur due to environmental factors. All wood will age over time and splitting and cracking can occur. We will not be held liable for this.

Glass Engraving

Glass engraving – Due to the transparency of all glass the engraving will be present but will show up more when the product is filled. This is typically industry standard

Product Size, Weight & Dimensions

Please note all product sizes are correct at time of listing and sizes can vary due to manufacturing changes. All sizes and weights are estimates and can change with no notice given. For accurate sizes please contact us for full product updates.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

You the customer are responsible to check the good within 7 days of receiving the gift items. We MUST be notified within 7 days of damage of faulty goods to ensure we can take appropriate actions.

If your product is received damaged, we will replace any part effected. This is called ‘repair & replace’, As the majority of our items are classed as ‘Hand Made’ we reserve the right to ‘repair & replace’ any faulty item.

For goods faulty we offer a limited 30 day warranty on all goods. This is due to the majority of our items having the ability to be handled and played with. Outside of this 30 days we will work with you on a solution.

We offer no guarantee to our natural carved wooden gifts, this includes Owls, Mushroom & Log Slices,  As we use hand cut green timber the environment and drying period can hugely affect the outcome of the product.

Voucher Codes & Gift Vouchers

If your one of the lucky few to obtain a voucher code these can be used at our checkout. We reserve the RIGHT to EXCLUDE any product from a voucher code that we feel needed. If any more information is needed on this matter please do contact us.

Use of Customer Notes

We are more than happy to change a design or wording that is not within the normal parameters of ordering the bespoke items. We require a detailed explanation of any requirement and design specifics to ensure the change you require is correctly explained. This can be done via our Facebook page, email or just by using the Customer Notes. We must however explain that while we urge customers to be detailed and specific on each part of the change required we will NOT cover any dispute that might arise due to lack of information or limited description. If in doubt we urge you to discuss all points of change prior to ordering.

Refunds & Loss

Any damage & loss will be covered by The Laser Boutique. Photographic Evidence will need to be provided for damage and loss off items must follow procedure as stated by delivery company. ALL LOSS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE ITEM BEING POSTED THIS IS TO ENSURE WE CAN CLAIM IN LINE WITH OUR COURIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Refunds will ONLY be issued to items deemed Lost by Courier,  Damage caused by an individual such as the customer will not be covered. Items spelt wrong will not be replaced, please check all spellings and proofs sent.

Items ordered incorrectly will not be refunded or exchanged as they are deemed unsellable. However we will work with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase.

If you would like to return a non personalised product this must be done 5 days after receiving your goods. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the cost to cover all merchant charges associated to any refund due. The buyer is to cover the full return postage and to ensure this arrives with no damage. If the item is received back to us damaged then no refund can be given and the goods must then be collected at the buyers cost.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship the items to the shipping address as specified at the time of the checkout.

All Items posted will be delivered by Royal Mail Second Class Recorded unless otherwise stated. Low value items will be sent standard Royal Mail Second Class.
If you require your items urgent please contact us to discuss this as items can be dispatched via Special Delivery for an additional charge.
Any orders over 2kg in weight will be sent by Hermes tracked. Hermes will on occasions leave a parcel with a neighbor if you are out to ensure the goods are delivered.
We will not be held liable for delay caused by delivery companies nor will be provide compensation for this.

If you have requested the item to be delivered to an alternative address such as a work address its the buyers responsibility to ensure the location is secure and a trust worthy person is there to accept the item. A courier will always obtain a signature however because the item going to an alternative address the buyer must take responsibility for locating the item once its been delivered. The Laser Boutique will take limited liability for items that have been mislaid within a place of work or an alternative address. IF TRACKING OF A PARCEL IS NEEDED THIS CAN BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST. TRACKING IS HELD FOR 28 DAYS.

International delivery is subject to a a 10-12 day delivery window. All international orders are processed via DHL. This service is NOT a next day service due to the complex route the item will take.

We have implemented an automatic postal label generation system within our website. The system will simply take the postal code and the house name or number to generate the shipping label. IT IS THE CUSTOMS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS TO BE CORRECT AS WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION.

Our delivery partners at times may deliver your parcel to a safe place or a neighbor. We don’t control this as this is the up-to the delivery operative. If you do not wish to have your parcel delivered to a safe place or a neighbor please contact us to discuss this.

Product Sizes & Fitment

We always clearly advertise sizes of products however due to suppliers updating products at a fast pace all sizes we show are estimates. Please contact us for update information on products.

Payment

We accept payments through PayPal & Stripe.
We aim to get all items made & posted within 14 working days. When approaching Christmas, Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day & Fathers Days please allow longer. Please check our website for updated information during these busy periods.

All orders are final and once made CANNOT BE refunded or cancelled. This is due to the personal nature of the product and these items are unsellable once manufactured with Bespoke Names and Messages.
