Thank you for looking into our payment plan option. We do have some information we would like to share with you. The payment plan is not a finance agreement and thus does not result in any APR or Interest Charges.
We are happy to set up any payment plan for orders over £100 and this must be agreed with us prior. No coupon or discount codes can be used with any payment plan. Simply email or call to discuss.
Its a very simple process:
Step 1 : Select the items on the website
Step 2: Checkout with payment plan payment option, this will generate an order and place the order on hold.
Step 3: We require a deposit of £20 to secure the order paid directly into our paypal ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’.
Step 4: Once the deposit is paid please do notify us by replying to your order confirmation email or drop us a message on facebook.
Step 5: We will then add this payment to your account and the website will then email you a confirmation of payment followed by the total and balance left to pay.
Finally to make payments follow Step 3 by making payments and also notify us by Step 4 of each payment and we will keep adding them to the account when a payment is made. Please note each payment must be a min of £20.
Once the balance is fully paid we will then start to make and ship the gifts to you. Please note if its a big order please don’t leave the payment to the last minute as on larger orders we do require some time to make all the items.
*If for any reason you would like to cancel your payment plan and want a refund we can offer this at any point please note there is a £10 admin charge for any cancellation that will be deducted from any payments made.
