You can have all the wording changed on the frame to make it extra special. Please ensure both hand and footprints are supplied for the left and right hand sides of the frame.

GETTING YOUR BABY PRINTS TO US
Using bright sunny daylight. Place both the hand and footprint on a single white page. These can be cut out from the original paper used to take the prints. For the best results, a dark colour paint for each print is needed. This ensures we capture the most detail. Once this is done. Take an image using a camera device that is straight on. You can then upload this to our website. We will then vector the hand and footprint and apply this to the gift item.

They asked if the order was a gift, and if so what date it was needed by, then offered to provide and alternative of the same volume, quality, and price, only in a slightly different shape.
I was delighted with this, and true to their word the planter arrived a few days later and the quality of the workmanship was superb.
