They asked if the order was a gift, and if so what date it was needed by, then offered to provide and alternative of the same volume, quality, and price, only in a slightly different shape.
I was delighted with this, and true to their word the planter arrived a few days later and the quality of the workmanship was superb.
I believe it was Phil or Jacob I spoke to on the phone, but thank you all round for great service and a job well done. There aren’t many independent businesses that put so much time and effort into thier work and we are delighted with the gift we’ve bought for my father in law.
