Love the design and writing style on the wood for the names and the bell is good quality although a little disappointed that the ribbon was different to the one on the picture.

The set itself is beautiful. We bought similar from the same brand years ago. This one however was destroyed by the first wash in the dishwasher as thr engraving is not dishwasher safe but it is not written on it. Ruined our goddaughter’s birthday present. Very disappointing

Bad qaulity just breaks plastic handles and bendy metal not great really dissapointed. lovely if want kept for memories NOT suitable for real use

I’ve got one of these for my first daughter and ordered one for my second daughter hours after she was born so they had matching ones.. still waiting on delivery unfortunately after two weeks!

We was happy with quality of the set but not happy about the name error, which we spelt correctly but received the Xmas present with incorrect spelling.

Love the design of the box but the quality was not good at all, so thin feels like it will break easily

Dinner set is lovely, however, could have purchased this set elsewhere un-personalised – the names on the products look nothing like the picture which is misleading, font used barely readable even with 20:20 vision. The children’s names we required were a maximum of six characters. Disappointed as we purchased four sets for my grandchildren

Slow delivery time and very poor communication. Item was out of stock but not communicated until i chased it over a week later. As had heard nothing. No appology was given.
