Although you did try to package your product very well, you were let down by your delivery company. The outer box was extremely wet which did not damage the product, however there had been an on object that had pierced both the external and internal packaging causing damage to one piece of the toy box. I did not send it back as it was the bottom of the toy box and it was a Christmas present for my Grandson.
Verified ownerLove the design and writing style on the wood for the names and the bell is good quality although a little disappointed that the ribbon was different to the one on the picture.
Verified ownerThe set itself is beautiful. We bought similar from the same brand years ago. This one however was destroyed by the first wash in the dishwasher as thr engraving is not dishwasher safe but it is not written on it. Ruined our goddaughter’s birthday present. Very disappointing
