   The pen hasn’t been used yet , it will be a Christmas present. It looks very good, but the engraved text isn’t as clear as in the image (it’s just an engraving, there’s no black filling or colouring). I think the web page showing the pen should include (a) clear instructions about filling the pen with ink (maybe a video?), and (b) a way of contacting to company to ask questions (more on this below). Also, there could be the option of ordering an ink bottle along with the pen. This would restrict the alternatives regarding the ink, but could be useful to some. Very quick and helpful service: I feared my text might be too long for the pen and that foreign letters might not be properly engraved, but quickly got a reply to my email showing exactly how the text would appear after engraving, which was perfect. The only problem was, I only found an email address to which I could write after placing the order.
