The box and engraving is wonderful but could have easily been damaged in transport as there was no wrapping round the box. I would suggest some bubble wrap or tissue when sending out and mine arrived in a prawn cracker box not very professional. Overall very happy with the box thank you

Really pleased with the bird feeder and how it looks and also the service. A little disappointed that it didn’t come in a better delivery box. Was expecting it to be delivered in a box with the company name/logo but instead came in a flour tortilla box which isn’t very presentable.

Cute little spoon to compliment the dippy egg board I purchased. The fact you can engrave quite a lot of text on the spoon is fantastic, and delivery was very prompt. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact the text was a bit off (the letters were duplicated on top of each one so don’t line up exactly). But as this was a token/joke gift it didn’t matter, and was still easily readable and good value for the price. The fact this arrived in time for Christmas was excellent too, and I would purchase other items from here again.

The only thing I would add as a complaint would be the cost, but I imagine that is due to the engraving of the teapot, rather than the cost of the teapot.

Product is beautiful although the screws that attach the personalised label to the planter are very sharp inside the planter. I was hoping my 2 year old could fill this with his grandma but that won’t be possible as it’s too sharp to do so.
