Ordered this as a retirement gift. Had some issues ordering it initially ( issues my end with payment ) and when I sent an email to ask a question, I received a helpful response within 15 minutes.

I paid for fast delivery and had a notification same day that my item had been dispatched. It arrived the next day as promised and very well pacakged.

The item itself was BEAUTIFUL. Perfect size, very strong and sturdy. It looks really very expensive and the personalised plaque was a wonderful touch.

I’ve never ordered from the Laser Boutique before but certainly will again. The customer service was very good and the item was even better than I had imagined and reasonably priced.
