My parcel was delivered to the wrong house
Verified ownerNice enough bird feeder but the item comes in just a box without any bubble wrap around it at all and nothing on the box to says it’s fragile was lucky it didn’t arrive broken. Also requested bird seed for extra, I have contacted this company 2 days ago and no response via email or via Facebook. I have noticed on other reviews that communication isn’t great. The item itself is lovely I just think more care should be taken when sending them off and that the communication could be alot better.

This is a lovely box for our granddaughter’s hair accessories. It is very pretty & good quality, the tray is a little stiff to take out but that could be because it’s new. The Laser Boutique co. are missing out on advertising by not putting a ‘made by’ label or etched mark at the side or underneath the box! Pleased with my purchase. Thank you.
