Personalised Castle Medieval Play Set Wooden Toy

Nice enough bird feeder but the item comes in just a box without any bubble wrap around it at all and nothing on the box to says it’s fragile was lucky it didn’t arrive broken. Also requested bird seed for extra, I have contacted this company 2 days ago and no response via email or via Facebook. I have noticed on other reviews that communication isn’t great. The item itself is lovely I just think more care should be taken when sending them off and that the communication could be alot better.

Disappointed there was no liquorice inside the box, pretty expensive for an empty box. My fault for not reading the small print

The product itself is fab but…when delivering maybe protect it in tissue paper or something as alot of the wood had fell off with it just rolling about the box it would make me dubious to order again tbh

Lovely craftsmanship, Bampa will be very pleased with this treat box. Wasn’t expecting such good quality. shame one of the children’s name is spelt wrong

One of the pens – the spirit level is not level to begin with!! The other pen given to someone else, so I don’t know what that one is like.

Deilvery address was changed from the one I had wrote parcel was deilverd to house few doors down with there address wrote on. Bit of a nightmare.
