Missing order, it’s really hard to get a response from this company. There is no phone number to contact them if there is a problem with your order. Really think before you purchase.

Ordered on 6th April, apparently dispatched 11th April, delivered 20th April, the padded envelope was completely empty, no knife, no paperwork, such a disappointment, requesting a refund or an actual knife

Absolutely GUTTED with my order was ment to be a christmas gift and it arrived broken that will be down to the poor quality of the box. I tried to contact you guys but nothing was happening. Absolutely gutted & alot of money wasted.
