I paid for fast delivery and had a notification same day that my item had been dispatched. It arrived the next day as promised and very well pacakged.

The item itself was BEAUTIFUL. Perfect size, very strong and sturdy. It looks really very expensive and the personalised plaque was a wonderful touch.
