The item itself was BEAUTIFUL. Perfect size, very strong and sturdy. It looks really very expensive and the personalised plaque was a wonderful touch.

Well, might I just say I have never had such brilliant service, EVER. My Grandson wanted wanted an inscripted wallet from his poorly Grt Nan for his birthday and just like us left it late, just 2 days before his birthday. Found this site and emailed them. I got the fastest response ( within 5 minutes) and they were willing to do it. I ordered it straight away and it was in the post not long after and arrived the next morning. WOW, what a fantastic family run business. Would rather give my custom to small businesses like this and hope other people do too

Lovely Wallet, good quality, but no compartment for change. But perfect laser work, writing great and a good price for the hard work gone Into it, second buy from Laser Boutique, Happy customer.
Only negative it would have been nice to have been wrapped in something like bubble wrap before it was put in the envelope and posted. Just for a bit of protection during the postal process.
