Ordered this bottle late on a Tuesday after a request from my son for a personalised bottle for Eid; but he specified it couldn’t be a sticker on the bottle, it had to be ‘engraved into the bottle like the green AO bottle’ (which was a freebie with our new fridge freezer last year). I placed the order and then sent a message asking if they could get it to me by the weekend. I got an email reassuring me that it would be marked as urgent and I would get it by Saturday (Eid was Sunday). And true to their word, it arrived on Saturday and I had a very happy boy on Sunday!
