I think this should have 3 compartments as the tools wobble about.

Product was lovely, and the recipient loved it; however packaging needs to be reviewed. No padding/protection, so did arrive with a chip (which we had to re-varnish ourselves).

It’s a shame that the name it’s not quite right in places , apart from that it’s a really nice set

Delighted with item and speed of service. It would have been helpful to have received an idea of the expected delivery time.

Arrived quickly in time for a birthday but not quite put together properly – a small gap along the bottom edge

Ordered a personalised small planter. Quality wood and very sturdy. Personalised correctly and looked great!
Ordered on the Sunday and paid for next day delivery. Arrived on time.

Only one small comment/complaint – planter was not packaged securely . ie not bubble wrapped etc. Could easily get damaged in transit! Thankfully my planter was fine.

A bit smaller than I thought it would be (my fault I didn’t check the dimensions first) but it is really lovely and the staff helped me out so it would arrive in time for my mum’s birthday

When arrived I was sad to see that the made with love wasn’t engraved on mine just the nanny part :(. It was a Mother’s Day gift too. But overall it’s very lovely thankyou
