They asked if the order was a gift, and if so what date it was needed by, then offered to provide and alternative of the same volume, quality, and price, only in a slightly different shape.
I was delighted with this, and true to their word the planter arrived a few days later and the quality of the workmanship was superb.

I bought this castle for my great granddaughter and she was thrilled with it I think that this is her favourite present and will give her endless hours of fun. The castle arrived well packaged and on time. I would definitely use laser boutique again and happily recommend them to friends and family
