Personalised Pirate ship Play Set Wooden Toy

Items were good, but packing was awful, items in a huge box all loose and rattling around, luckily no damage to the items.

It wasn’t quite finished off it was bit rough around one edge . Otherwise it was ok . I’ve ordered the same item before from someone else and it was better quality I’m afraid to say .

I wanted to be able to give this 5 stars but the overall experience isn’t great. The product is lovely, however,
I was shocked and quite disappointed with the packaging. It’s the first time ordering from you. I didn’t purchase a gift box but didn’t expect for it to arrive complete squeezed and open. There was nothing inside protecting the item and the wood felt wet from the soggy box. Sadly not a great first impression a definitely took any shine away from the product. I did email last week to let you know but sadly no one got back to me.

The bird house was absolutely beautiful but didn’t expect for it to take so long to arrive. I ordered it on the 11th of February and it didn’t get posted until the 2nd March after me having to email to chase it up. I would definitely order from here again but definitely not as a last minute present as it didn’t come in time.

The owl itself is beautiful intact the second one I ordered I was so impressed, however the second one I ordered was a medium but when received I was sent a small I measured and compared to the first checked the website measurements and even sent the photo evidence of the measurements however I still haven’t had anything back since the email was sent on the 22nd of December I also sent several other emails and again heard nothing back. The products are amazing and would absolutely recommend however the customer service side of things needs some work.

Liked the fast service not the quality of the handles

I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the knife. Felt the print was of poor quality and not very easy to read or see.
