I wanted to be able to give this 5 stars but the overall experience isn’t great. The product is lovely, however,
I was shocked and quite disappointed with the packaging. It’s the first time ordering from you. I didn’t purchase a gift box but didn’t expect for it to arrive complete squeezed and open. There was nothing inside protecting the item and the wood felt wet from the soggy box. Sadly not a great first impression a definitely took any shine away from the product. I did email last week to let you know but sadly no one got back to me.

The bird house was absolutely beautiful but didn’t expect for it to take so long to arrive. I ordered it on the 11th of February and it didn’t get posted until the 2nd March after me having to email to chase it up. I would definitely order from here again but definitely not as a last minute present as it didn’t come in time.

The owl itself is beautiful intact the second one I ordered I was so impressed, however the second one I ordered was a medium but when received I was sent a small I measured and compared to the first checked the website measurements and even sent the photo evidence of the measurements however I still haven’t had anything back since the email was sent on the 22nd of December I also sent several other emails and again heard nothing back. The products are amazing and would absolutely recommend however the customer service side of things needs some work.

Hi ive been on holiday and come back looking forward to receiving this and was quite dissapointed to find 2 scratch marks on it caused by loose screws in the box , ive taken it to my dad’s as its a yr today we lost my mum otherwise it would av been perfect. Lm Harris

Personalised product itself is lovely, would definitely recommend it needing a longer wire though and the product needs to come in a box rather than just an envelope would be nice to have that option than just paying for a gift box.
