Item never arrived! Asking for a review on a product that didn’t come!! Advertised for Father’s Day and can’t even get here in time! Still no tracking 10 days later. Second time disappointment from the laser boutique and I will not be using again.

Unfortunately I still haven’t received this item. I’ve no order number, no way of tracking and the money has been taken from my account. My husband is still waiting on a Father’s Day gift.

Missing order, it’s really hard to get a response from this company. There is no phone number to contact them if there is a problem with your order. Really think before you purchase.

Ordered on 6th April, apparently dispatched 11th April, delivered 20th April, the padded envelope was completely empty, no knife, no paperwork, such a disappointment, requesting a refund or an actual knife
